Refund policy

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

To initiate a return, please email us at juliezabeauty@gmail.com with your order number. Our customer service team will guide you through the process. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Non-returnable items: Final sale items, opened skincare products, and items showing signs of use.

We do not cover return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
